Peptide Protocol Builder

Build a customized research peptide protocol in three steps: select peptides, configure doses and frequencies, then view a structured daily and weekly schedule with interaction warnings, cycle summary, and estimated cost ranges.

All protocols are for research and educational reference only. Consult a licensed healthcare provider before using any peptide compound.

Step 1: Select Peptides

Select the peptides you want to include in your protocol (multi-select).

Select at least one peptide to build your protocol.

About Peptide Stacking and Cycling

Peptide stacking refers to using two or more peptides simultaneously to target different pathways or amplify a specific effect. Cycling refers to the practice of using a peptide for a defined period, followed by a rest period, to prevent receptor desensitization and maintain effectiveness.

The most well-studied combination is Ipamorelin combined with CJC-1295 (no DAC). Ipamorelin is a selective growth hormone secretagogue that mimics ghrelin, while CJC-1295 (no DAC) is a GHRH analogue. Together they trigger a synergistic GH pulse more potent than either peptide alone — a common finding in GH axis research.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I combine multiple peptides in the same protocol?
Yes — combining peptides (often called "stacking") is common in research contexts. Some combinations are synergistic, such as Ipamorelin with CJC-1295 no DAC, which together produce a stronger GH pulse than either alone. Other combinations may be redundant or counterproductive, such as combining CJC-1295 no DAC with CJC-1295 with DAC, which act on the same receptor through overlapping mechanisms. The protocol builder flags known interactions.
What does "5 on / 2 off" dosing mean?
This schedule means administering the peptide for 5 consecutive days (typically weekdays), then taking 2 days off (typically the weekend). It is commonly used to allow the body brief recovery periods and reduce the total weekly dose while maintaining 5 active days. It is a middle ground between daily dosing and every-other-day schedules.
How long should a typical peptide cycle last?
Cycle length varies significantly by peptide and purpose. Healing peptides like BPC-157 or TB-500 are often cycled for 4–12 weeks per cycle. GH secretagogues (Ipamorelin, CJC-1295) are typically used for 8–12 weeks. Neuropeptides like Selank or Semax are usually cycled for shorter periods (2–4 weeks) with breaks to prevent tolerance. Epithalon is used in intensive short cycles of 10–20 days, typically once or twice per year.
What reconstitution supplies do I need for a multi-peptide protocol?
Each peptide vial requires separate reconstitution with bacteriostatic water. You will need: bacteriostatic water (1–3 mL per vial), U-100 insulin syringes (0.3 mL or 0.5 mL barrel), alcohol swabs, and a clean flat surface. Store reconstituted vials individually in a refrigerator at 2–8 degrees C. Use the Reconstitution Calculator tool to determine exact measurements for each vial.
Are the cost estimates in the protocol builder accurate?
The cost figures are rough estimates based on typical research peptide pricing ranges and should be treated as ballpark figures only. Actual costs vary substantially by supplier, vial size, purity, and market conditions. The ranges shown represent approximate low-to-high bounds at common dosing. They are intended to help with budgeting, not as purchasing guidance.
Should I take all peptides in a stack at the same time?
Not necessarily. Timing depends on each peptide's mechanism and intended effect. GH secretagogues (Ipamorelin, CJC-1295) are most effective when taken fasted — typically before bed or first thing in the morning — to align with natural GH pulsatility. Sleep-support peptides (DSIP) should be taken before bed. Cognitive peptides (Semax, Selank) are often used in the morning. The daily schedule generated by this tool organizes your stack by timing for clarity.
